    Since yesterday I don't have connection with the Philips server. I called the heldesk this morning. They promised me to call me back, but they did not.
    My internet connection is ok, and also the network connection of my BDP8000/12 is ok. I have the latest firmware (1.63)

    Mi televisor: Philips 4000 series Televisor Smart LED 32PFL4007H TDT/C Full HD 1080p de 81 cm (32'') con Pixel Plus HD.
    Tiene 1 año de antiguedad y hasta ahora no habia tenido ningun problema.

    Problemas con el servidor

    Hola me llamo Miguel, desde España. Desde haces semanas aparece el mensaje de: Servidor Pillips no encontrado, pruebe mas tarde.
    ¿Para cuando se soluciona este problema?.
    Mi televisor: Philips 4000 series Televisor Smart LED 32PFL4007H TDT/C Full HD 1080p de 81 cm (32'') con Pixel Plus HD.
    Tiene 1 año de antiguedad y hasta ahora no habia tenido ningun problema.

    Hi Toengel,

    thank you for you quick reply last weekend. I have good news, last night I had Smart TV fully working again!
    Also in my opinion Philips is doing a great job, this technology is not a commodity yet. It is not the end of the world when it is not online for some days so everyone, have some patience now and then

    Pues yo sigo teniendo problemas ,me sigue poniendo no se puede conectar con el servidor , he hecho todos los pasos descritos en este foro y nada no hay manera de conectarse al servidor,muchas gracias.Enviado desde España.

    Hello All,

    I have good news, yesterday did my Smart TV fully working again!
    How did I do it?

    I found the following in an old thread:

    Download the latest software for your TV.
    In my case 32PFL5007H/12

    Attention!
    In case that you have started the download application
    manually, the “autorun.upg” will maybe not be recognized.
    What to do in this case:

    1. Create a directory “UPGRADES” on your USB stick.
    2. Rename the “autorun.upg” to something else, e.g. to
    “software.upg”. Do not use long or complicated names,
    keep it simple. Make sure that “AUTORUN.UPG” is no
    longer present in the root of your USB stick.
    3. Copy the renamed “upg” file into this directory.
    4. Insert USB stick in the side I/O.
    5. The renamed “upg” file will be visible and selectable in the
    upgrade application.

    1. Disconnect the TV from the Mains/AC Power.
    2. Insert the USB stick into your TV.
    3. Connect the TV to the Mains / AC Power.
    4. The software upgrade application will start.
    5. Then turn on the TV with the remote control.
    6. Go to the Software Upgrade menu, and select the file "software.upg".

    The TV does the rest (hopefully) ;-)

    Nada a mi no me deja instalar de nuevo el firmware ya que es el mas actual , me pone que el archivo no se puede reproducir , sigo sin tener contacto con el servidor.

    I have same issue with my 42". I have 2 other smart tv´s (other brands) and the only one with problems is this one. everything else is ok, but the stupid net tv under maintenance error , and that of having to buy a 32Gb pen drive to get internet access (it wont connect to the net if you dont plug at least 32Gb in one of the USB ports????, of course, not included ) , or waiting 2 minutes to connect??? If they have told me so before buying, I would choose other brand. I feel cheated, and really dissapointed with this product, wont buy any philips product again.
