I have been having a problem which is driving crazy with my tv 50PFL7956.

I have cable tv (Virgin Media) and each time I hit the back key on the VM remote control, the screen format changes to 21:9 subtitle.

Does anyone else have this problem and is there a way to stop the format from switching please? Maybe there is a way to stop the format from changing at all.
