    Unhappy lost serial number

    Hi everyone ...
    I bought it 1 year and now attempts to connect to the internet, but installing the program asks me the serial, which I lost ..where I can get a new one? thanks

    Do you have a label on your device? usually on the side or at the bottom...
    the S/N number is the serial number...

    Yes, but is a 14 digit, software need a 32 caracters serial...
