If your device has below Software version and similar serial number:
- System Software Version 1.72 or below

• Correct RC output on digits ‘0’ and ‘1’ when typing in online services.
• Enable Picasa online service.

The former firmware upgrade includes the following changes:

• Enable the YouTube feature and enhance the playability. (V1.66)
• Initial Release. (V1.63)

have troubles with this firmware just get an screen message that says the following

Upgrade software failed verification
please insert the correct software.

but the firmware was downloaded from Philips Chile and my model is a BDP3200/55 and the model is for Chile.

i think is a KX1a11--- series

any help is appreciated.
