NetTV connection problem
I am the owner of 32PFL7606 bought yesterday (in Netherlands). Unfortunately, being at office I don’t know the serial no. or the firmware.
All day long I tried to connect to NetTV.
In help files is stated that the network cable should not be longer than 3m. If is longer (~10m) is not working? I’’m asking because using network settings and connecting to wired network, the message is that the TV is connected to home network.
When I’m running NetTV application I have no “first page” with terms of agreement. The only message is that the TV is trying to connect…. All day.
There is some kind of master reset? To start from zero with settings, just in case first settings were not ok?
What should I do?
For wireless access. Is not working with a regular wireless usb adaptor? Only with Philips dongle?
