HTS8562/12: how is the surround experience / subwoofer

Hi

I'm planning to buy the HTS8562/12 cinema set. I still have an old 5.1 philips cinema set (FR996) of 10 years old. This set has an active subwoofer, when i watch action movies the sound literally bouncing around the room, this old set is providing a very good surround experience. The HTS8562/12 has a passive subwoofer, how is the sound (or rather the effect) that gives this subwoofer?

@Markus77: if you read my thread about my problems with the HTS8562/12 please take into consideration that I now believe that the problems I described in that thread are TV related. This because I tested my Cinema Gold TV with different HTS models (also HTS9140) having the same results: crashes, reboots of the TV. Also, on that matter, the Sound Divisions did extensive tests with this HTS and the logs looked all normal. In the end, it is the TV that crashes, not the HTS.

Despite of that, I really love the HTS8562/12. The sound quality is great, I also use a wireless module for the rear speakers. I also love the design and the fact that the set comes with an iPod dock and I can use my iPhone with it.
