Aspect change on USB key videos
Hi everyone!
I'm new to the forum, so sorry if this has been posted before (also excuse my english, not my first language).
I have a 42PFL3506H/12, with the latest software (TPM61E_2.23). I refreshed it because I hoped this "error" has been corrected.
In fact I was wondering if it's possible to change the aspect of the videos I watch through an USB stick (simple divx/ac3 videos that the TV play). If I bring up the option menu I have "small screen" and "full screen" options available, but "full screen" doesn't respect the aspect ratio, therefore if I would like to watch a 2.35:1 videofile for example, it's stretched to 16:9. I found this a bit weird, since I can change the aspect ratio in the menu, which is effective when I watch the TV or play my Xbox, but not here.
Can I hope for a software refresh where I could choose the aspect of the video for myself? That would be really useful.
Thanks
Matt
