I just purchased a Panasonic exclusive copy of Avatar blu ray 3D. I have a Phillips BDP3280/05 player, purchased with a tv only 10 days ago. I have been able to watch other blu ray movies in both 2d and 3d without any issues. When I try to play Avatar I get an onscreen message that says this disc might not restart from the beginning. I then get a message on screen telling me that 3d is available and to put on my glasses. The screen then stays black and no menu or picture is available. Is this a known problem with Avatar 3d? Initially I got another message saying that BD Live features needed me to put a USB memory card with at least 1gb free space into the USB slot of the blu ray player which I have done but nothing has changed. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank You.
