TV can't connect to server...
Hallo
My TV can't connect to Net TV + EPG since at least 2 days.
Network works. TV is connected at router via Ethernet cable. DHC enabled and working.
Latest firmware is also installed (14.98).
TV: 42PFL7656K/02
What I've done to solve this issue:
- reconfigured network (setup assistant)
- I've switched off TV completely (main switch) over night.
- Checked server status in Philips support forum
Any additonal hints to solve this issue?
One additional comment: Net TV is the worst thing I've ever used and will be the reason to never by any Philips product in future!!

Hi,
does your TV get an IP from your router? What are the error messages exactly?

Yes, the TV gets an IP adress from router.
Anyway, I've tried the option "Speicher der Apps löschen" under "Network settings" and after restarting the TV, EPG and Net.TV can be accessed again.
Don't know if this was the solution or if it is just a lucky break...
Kind regards
