    HTS8100 Sound cuts off

    The sound on my HTS8100 does not work unless you turn volume up or down. Then it works for 10 or 15 seconds and cutts off again.. During this period of operation the right side speakers start to work and the left come on a bit later before the sound cutts off completely. Help

    For sure you have the latest FW in there already ( latest is from some years ago ). If so then it looks like your device is defective...

    Hi. I have a Philips LED-TV 47PFL7696T/12 that I have connected to my HTS8100 ambisound by using a scart cable. I can only get sound from the soundbar to the television - not the other way. I have connected extra cables from 'audio out' on the tv to the 'tv audio in' on the soundbar. Can anyone help?
