HTS9140/12 Easylink: cannot choose configuration menu
Hi
I have a HTS9140/12 sound bar and a 40PFL8605H/12 TV both setup with easylink. When I go into the home menu of the sound bar with the TV remote I can choose the disc, usb, ipod, explore pc buttons with the arrows and selecting OK. But when I reach Explore NetTV or Configuration, the OK button in the TV remote does nothing.
I have the lastest firmware update on both the TV and the sound bar.
Any ideas? It's annoying because if I need to change anything I have to take out the soundbar remote and I really only want to use a single remote for both.
Thanks,
-

I would say bad luck, sounds rude but do not think this is supposed to work
