CAM200 wifi worked a bit now not at all

Firstly ,where on earth is the camcorder sub forum?
Secondly ,why is it so difficult to register my device...I tried looking for a product id(not serial number) on the device and then on the software downloaded to the pc with no luck then noticed on your website that you can also register by connecting to Internet..oh really, well it doesn't seem to have worked.
Thirdly ,and really what the thread is about, my cam200 managed to wi-fi transmit video to my ipad3 using Airplayer app on my first attempt but now the cam200 cannot find the iPad. The Airplayer app still sees the cam200 but the videos download to 99.xx percent then just 'flashing circle' hang on the iPad. I tried on first attempt to stream to my Sony Bravia tv via ps3 media player but vids wouldn't stream, however I did manage photos..vids are not seen in the folder, ie folder appears empty. Finger swiping for vids does not seem to work, only for photos. I have no idea what the flashing arrow means on the cam200 screen which I can occasionally get to come up-does it mean swipe more, press here, or something else?
I thought I would try a reset but pressing in the hole doesn't seem to do anything as settings still seem to be maintained.

Apologies if my tone is stern...just I seem to have encountered a lot of problems and it is very frustrating!!!

Right to update. I managed to reset device..basically it needs to be on when you press the little hole.
I have got the device stream working too. I lost the device appearing on airstream and only when I tried uploading through pressing device on the video screen itself that the cam200 appeared on iPad and then suddenly when navigating on iPad all vids worked.
