Where has everyone gone ?

Im sat here trying to figure out where everyone has gone, in the good old days of "Streamium Cafe" there would be replys flying about everywhere, now here we are on the Philips support forum and i feel like Billy no mates (i use the word "support" but feel this particular word may not be suitable for this site).
C'mon Berndz hurry up and finish your site ;-)
I think its fair to say that real support can only be found from independant forums, sorry mods but the figures dont lie.

Did you go with this cable to a shop already that is specialist in this? I mean you give details that probably for a mod do not even will help. For the other question you have about WAC handler don´t think this is for the mod either since you mailed the owner of this.

Looking aorund on this forum there is a lot of help form mods but don´t forget this is a community forum...

It wasnt directed at mods, i was talking generally.
The sorry bit was for the lack of information available or should i say "Things that are not allowed to be published on a public forum" - help, links, third party input, you know the stuff we all come here for, as for the cable it didnt work ;-)

I agree. There should be some easy way to contact those support instead of posting on forums and waiting for days for a helpful answer.
