[reorder] option not shown

My model is a 32pfl5007. I cannot reorder my program list anymore, since the [reorder] menu item in the [options] menu is not present. When i select the [list] button, and then press [options] only the following items are shown: [select list], [mark as favourite] and [rename]. The strange thing is that reordering actually was possible shortly after setting up the tv at home. Somewhat later this menu item has disappeared. How can I retrieve this functionality?

Hi,

check, if you have installed the latest firmware. Try to rename one channel to test, if this option is available again. Pull power cord for 2-3 minutes.

Thanks, I tried all your tips, but unfortunately the item is still unavalable. The tv set is connected to the internet via Wifi. Searching for updates reports no update available (tv is only 1 week old). Disconnected from power for more than 5 minutes, but no effect. Renamed a channel to Test, Unfortunately no positive effect either.

At the end - try factory reset.

Just updated via usb to the latest version (000.079.004.000). Unfortunately the option [reorder] is still lost. Factory rest seems to be the last resort...

You didn't mention and it's not put to your Profile whether you use the 5007H/12 or 5007K/12 type.
Assume it's the H/12 ?

Just checked the [reorder] options in my 5007K/12 with FW 97.004 and found them available.
Did you already try to select another list from [select list] ?
Just an idea cause there seams to be everything possible at this "funny" stuff.

And don't hesitate to complain about the failure at www.support.philips.com

Hi, my model is a 32PFL5007H/12 (have just added this information to my profile). The strange thing is that it did work (and I have reordered the channel list almost to my liking). Suddenly though, the item had disappeared from the list, and I could not make the final touch. I tried several list selections, but that did not work either. I can't remember what I did in between to trigger this situation. Thanks for the advice to put forward my complaint to the support website, I will certainly do so.
