distorted sound every x minutes

I have a 32PFL9705 TV connected with a NAS in the network on witch I have all my music. When I stream music from my NAS to the TV every x minutes ( 4- 6 minutes) the TV is producing for a time of about 10 seconds a very strange distorted version of the music. After that 10 seconds the music is normal again.
Does Anyone have a idea?

Hello Marco,

I tried to do as you suggested but when I put the USB stick into the TV the only thing that happens is that it display's a message that that the TV is reading data and after that it displays the 'USB-open' screen.

I have attached the update.htm file. When I 'run' this file it says that there is no new software available.

It looks like the TV is using already the latest software?

Do you have any suggestions?

Sorry for the late reply but please just reply using the posts on the forum in the future so we can share it with the other users.

Regarding your issue, if the TV software is already updated to the latest version (You can check it by pressing 123654 on your remote) You can try to:

-Stream from the NAS to the TV using the ethernet connection in order to find out if the cause is a radio interference with other devices.

-Stream wirelessly music from your NAS through a PC to the TV and check if the issue will occur again.

-I would also recommend to update the software/drivers of your NAS.
