Channels order changed overnight
I had two times already in the morning that I put the tv on and all digital channels were in a different order. I had reinstall te channels to get them back in order. I have also no reoder option in the channellist. My tv has te latest firmware..

Latest Firmware would be 79.004 dated 03.05.2012.
Anyway, never heard of such a strange behavior which should'nt mean anything though.
Do you use cable TV or DVB-T ?
Did you already complain at the Philips Support by email or phone ?

it's at the second row *production code*

I would need some more information to make sure we can find the right solution for you.
1. Which country are you from?
2. When you say you use cable,you man you use DVB-C, right? and you got a bo
3. What is your servicer provider?
4. When you say that in the morning, your digital channels are in a different order, could you please take a screen shot of what your channels are before the channels order change. Also a screen shot of the changes.
