Philips 42PFL3704D LCD TV Power Issue
I have a Philips 42PFL3704D LCD TV that I've owned for about 3 years. A couple months ago, I noticed the TV was not turning on. I've worked with LCD monitors before, so I put a flashlight up to the screen and I was able to see the image. I ended up replacing the backlight inverter board. Now when I turn on the TV, I can see the Philips logo, then after about 1 second it disappears. The TV does not shut off, it just goes blank. I also changed the power supply board and it does the same thing. Could something have happened when I installed the new backlight inverter board?
