Upgrade software failed error when try to upgrade firmware of the BDP3200/55 via USB

hello:

i have an problem with my blu ray BDP 3200/55 when try of get to youtube icon , the system seem do not charge the youtube videos or even get connected to internet, i tried doing reset to my blu ray, reinstalling the network and nothing happen, also tried connecting the blu ray in another lan port and the same, i do not know what is happening the firmware version that have is the 1.62 if am not wrong i have tried to upgrade to the lastest version but i get the following error,


Upgrade software Failed verification
please insert the correct software.

i do not know what i did wrong followed the pdf of how to do the upgrade via USB flash drive the drive is just empty with the files of the firmware complete and all and still happening the same also, selected spanish/ english firmwares in the website of support of Philips Chile and i do not know what is wrong , just seem the firmware do not work to me.

any help will be appreciated

Hi,

- format USB stick with FAT
- extract the ZIP file: USB-Stick:\UPG_ALL\xxx.bin
- remove any disc
- plug in stick
- start upgrade via setup menu

well could upgrade i did the upgrade even saying that was noty found any upgrade to my blu ray player.

the problem with youtube still

i go to youtube icon press ok and do not charge at all youtube , do not ven appear the thin red line indicating the load progress, have installed the network and all and the problem still.

so - did the upgrade work? If yes, please make a factory reset and configure your BDP again.
