streamium internet radio KO
Hi, I got a MCi500H connected to internet. The firmware is 1.17, up to date I guess.
I use streamium to listen to online radio.
It used to work perfrectly. For few days (weeks), I go to radio internet via the menu, I am connected, go to favorite stations, I can see all my favorited station.
It tries to connect... wainting, waiting...
Finaly I cannot listen to radia via streamium.
Please note I tried to change the favorite radio today via strzamium management website, it doesnt change anything.
Am I the only one?
Please fix it.
Thank

So this only happens then when you try your favorites?? What happens if you select a station that is not in your favorite list?

Good morning .
Just to let you know that I have the same problem with my Stremium WAC7500. "The Internet Server cannot be connected" is the message I've been getting for over 15 days now.
When I first contacted Philips Support Desk (via Chat) after a week (at the beginning of Dec) they told me that "they were aware of the problem ... and it was 'Down' for maintenance and to try again on the following Monday." Which I did ........but it still didn't work.
I was then away for a week but felt confident by the time I got back it would be working - but it wasn't.
So I went back to the Philips Help Desk for another chat session on Monday this week. They told me the same thing that "it was still down for maintenance." I queried how maintenance could last that long ... 12 days maintenance seems a bit excessive to me .... but all I got was some sort of platitude comment like "we apologise for the inconvenience". When I asked how much longer it would take....... they simply couldn't tell me. Nor even "guesstimate"
Make of that as you will ... but I get the feeling that they just don't care how many people it inconveniences or just how frustrating it is. When I had a chat with our local Philips Retailer who actually supplied this .... they thought that Philips were concentrating on The Smart TV technology and not on this and frankly had doubts whether it would ever work again. Not a cheerful thought.
We live in a rural area of West Wales (UK) where we cannot get an FM signal - so we are reliant on Internet Radio ... hence the reason for purchasing this piece of equipment. Frankly I am fed up with Philips rather cavalier attitiude.
Hope that it gets sorted soon ... but somehow I don't think we'll be listening to the internet radio over Christmas or the New Year somehow.
Best wishes
Diana

I have been told that the Philips Internet Radio Server is "Down for Maintenance". They cannot (and will not) give even an estimated date for it to be back up and running. I have been promised by one of the Philips Customer Support Team that he will email me when it is back up and running.
If he does I will post it on this forum. Something I think Philips Customer Service should be doing for us automatically.
Best wishes and Happy New Year
