    Question Problem with Net TV log in

    I am facing problem with Net TV Log In. whenever I try, I end up with a message "Complete Net TV Sign In, please switch TV set Off and on again"

    Tried many times but so far no luck. Anybody their to help me?

    Dear Anilbci,

    I suppose you chose country setting “Other” during installation.
    This can currently cause some Net TV issues.

    Please do the following steps:

    First do a “Clear Net TV memory”
    (Home – Setup - Network settings – Clear Net TV memory)

    Than do a re-installation
    (Home - setup – TV settings - reinstall TV)

    At installation choose the language you like,
    but choose Austria as a country.

    When installation is done access Net TV.
    Accept the “Terms of use” and at Club Philips registration choose “Do not register”

    After this, the Net TV portal is shown with the German/Austrian Apps.

    Feel free to remove unwanted German/Austrian Apps (Red button)
    Go to the App gallery, press the green button, select country “International” and select the international Apps you like.
    You can also select other countries to choose Apps from.

    If you want, you can still perform the Club Philips registration by selecting “register” positioned at the bottom-left at the Net TV homepage.

    Please let us know if this solved your problem.
