Question play large files via USB on 42PFL3606H/12

My TV model is 42PFL3606H/12 (2.21 firmware) and it recognizes only FAT32 formatted USB drives which don't support files larger than 4GByte. I tried exFAT and NTFS but the TV set couldn't read the drives. Is there a firmware update which fixes this issue?

Is it planned to add a shortcut for Sleep timer in one of the easily reachable menus? It's a bit hard to navigate to the preferences.

    Thank you.

Hi and Welcome to our Community mkrstf,

indeed this TV only supports FAT, so therefor we only support Files up to 4GB, the only advice i can give you is to split larger files.

There are no plans to add NTFS Support for this TV.

    Regards
    Thomas

Will it still work if you have a movie more than 4GB? The file is in .mkv format.
