No "My Youtube"? No "My Twonky"?
I can't use "My Youtube". I registered using the code weeks ago, but on TV it keeps giving a new code...
Nice...
Using MediaManager on PC I can play the files from "My Twonky". On my TV though, they cannot be found...
Nice...
Am I doing something wrong?

Hi,
You should be able to use My Youtube without using any codes.
Could you please shortly describe the steps you're taking when you want to use the App and if you receive any error message.
Regards,

Sure,
I press the home button of the remote and choose the YouTube application. Then, on the left I choose the option "my YouTube" and I see the option "Sign In". When I try to sign in I get a window stating the following:
To sign in to your YouTube account
1. Go to http://www.youtube.com/activate
2. Type in the code: (here I get a different code each time)
We'll do the rest and confirm on screen shortly
cancel
I've still seen nothing like a confirmation, so I can only press cancel.
As regards for My Twonky: I can now see the maps and files of My Twonky on TV.
But... for evere file I try to play I get an error: "file could not be played" or something likewise. It does this for all video files, audio files and pictures!
regards,

Hi,
You could try to load up the Youtube app on the TV and as soon as you get the code sign out.
After Go to http://www.youtube.com/activate from your PC/laptop and enter the code shown on the My Youtube TV app.
Please also check that you don't have the 2 step verification activated on google (Gmail)
Regarding Twonky, with your television it's not possible to play video from the PC to the TV, you could try to use Windows Media Player.

Alright, I think I got the TV registed for YouTube now. (It seemed there were complications due to the fact that I had different login data for Google and for YouTube, dating from before they got together!)
As for my Twonkey: I'm still testing the Philips MediaManager "powered by Twonkey" as it says. Hence, I thought I'd be able to use "my Twonkey" also. What's in a name...
I can play (most) files which reside on my PC on the TV OK with Philips MediaManager.
Except the ones in the "my Twonkey" menu.
When I try those I get a message on TV "unsupported file".
Thanks for your input!

Hi,
When you receive the "unsupported file" message the options available are the use of another player or convert the file in a different format.
Please check the leaflet, there is a list of supported files.
