Channels search fails

I cant find any channels when I try to install channels. And the network id box, never appears at the tv....

What to do?

Hi,

maybe you should first state what TV do you have (TV model) and which firmware is installed. And how do you receive TV broadcast: DVB-C-T-S?

My tv is a:

Philips ambilight LCD 42PFLl8404H / 12

And I have installed, what was at this site (if firmware is the update I can find in here?)

I receive broadcast by DVBC

Ive already done that - the network-id box still doesnt show up...
