    BDP2700 Latest Firmware upgrade (1.74) has been released

    (1.74) includes the following changes:

    Improve network upgrade performance.
    Compliance with new regulation from AACS (Advanced Access Content System) by implementing the Cinavia watermark content protection solution from Verance. With this Cinavia watermark implementation, the player will not be able to play unauthorized copied disc. For details on Cinavia protection technology, visit Cinavia Online Consumer Information Center (http://www.cinavia.com).
    The former firmware version includes the following changes:

    Improve playability of disc for Harry Potter.(1.73)
    Enhance product performance. (1.71)
    Improve playback of ‘AVATAR’ Blu-ray disc. (1.54)

    2011-01-14 initial release
    2011-10-10 upgrade sw to 1.71
    2012-03-07 upgrade sw to 1.73
    2012-06-21 upgrade sw to 1.74
