I purchased model 37PFL6606H about 6 month ago, and have the latest firmware installed.
NET-TV was working fine up to 4 weeks ago when I started to get a message saying the TV needs to be powered off
and back on.
I tried all sorts of things including re-setting the TV back to factory state but NET-TV doesn't work for me anymore.
is this a hardware or software issue ? should I call for service ?
