has somebody tested the Fidelio SoundSphere DS9800W AirPlay? I would like to buy this one. What about the price? I have no experience with airplay systems so i´ll be happy for some advice. I need some informations just found something about it on this page but thats not enough i need a test or some experience. So just help me if u able to

Have u read through the forum on this model? Seems it s not that stable as this is the very first model. Suggest u wait till Q3, maybe they have a new model. Heard they have a ds9860 which is also nice.

Hi,

personally I would go ( and doing myself this weekend ) for the AW9000 series. Aw9000 is way better in a way that it can be used as a stand alone speaker. It has an aux in option.


The Ds9800w cannot be used as stand alone speakers. It can only be used for play airplay.

Listened to the AW last week and loved the design and even more the sound, I have made my choice.
Connecting looked very easy so cannot wait to have it.

AW9000 is a model in AW wireless HiFi speaker series. now we only have AW3000, AW5000 and AW9000.
