Smart tv = slow response resulting in a freeze
I have a 40PFL5007K/12. Smart tv experience for me is nothing but lag. While using the search option in the app gallery after putting the 3rd letter the lag starts and results in a complete freeze for my TV, after which I am forced to turn off my TV. No other button on the remote brings any response from my TV. Overall SMART TV is so laggy for me. Is that normal? Moving from one app to another takes about 2 seconds
HELP!!!

... and how do you connect to the internet ?
WIFI or LAN ?
Is the same freeze issue in both connections types?

Ok. This is funny but it was the batteries. Three days of using and the philips batteries included in the package died. GG

Just checked the batteries at mine cause the remote aswell suffers from intermittant freezing.
Both full load with app 1.55V though.

Try running a video without being connected to the Internet, then reconnect and see the difference.
