    Sorry for having written post in French !
    Yesterday, I upgrade my Freebox Player firmware in 1.2.2 and the problem still exist.
    Is there any new TV firmware coming soon ?
    Other things to do ?

    @Jonat could you please confirm what software version that is installed on your TV?

    Where can i find the serial number on the TV ?
    Can i find it on the bill/invoice ?
    I'm not to my home for now.

    What does it mean 'PM you' ?

    Hi.

    Serial number you can find behind the TV or by pressing 1 2 3 6 5 4 on the remote control when watching TV etc (not in menu). You will then enter a CSM menu and get all information about model number, serial number, software version etc. There are 3 pages and you can jump between the pages, to find the information, by using the arrows up and down on the remote control.

    By PM i mean Private Message. You can do this by left clicking on my name and thenm press "private message" .

    I know this has been taken to developement so they can investigate the issue you are experiencing. I have not heard anything new about this.

    Hi everyone,

    I have the same issue with my Phillips 40PFL5007 TV.
    My firmware is up to date, and the problem is still there: the TV goes black and the sound is missing for 3 to 5 seconds, mostly within the first 5 minutes I switch it on.
    It is definitely a problem linked to Phillips, since it's happening with my Freebox, but is is also happening with my PopCorn Hour (a multimedia NAS Hardrive).

    Also, some very few times, the TV just switch off itself after two hours (it has happened 3 times since I bought it in August 2012). And the firmware update did not resolve this issue either.

    Benedickte, do you have any advices about these two issues ?
