i am very disappointed with philips. the browser is worthless very slow and doesn't support flash( a very importing things the browser must have). how can you produce such tv without flash support. very few program support in sweden. i was looking for samsung tv but i chose philips to support the European production but i regret my choice.

You joined here Feb. 2012 and own a 2012 model.
Don't you know about your legal right as customer ?
From my knowledge it's all the same in Europe and you have 2 years warranty.

This Forum is play yard only.
Why don't you complain the not working issues at the shop where you bought the device ?
Point by point in writing and ask them to fix it within lets say two weeks.

    I didn't say that it's not working.
What is the point of complaining in the shop? They don't care about it
The best way to say it directly to Philips, because they can make it better.
