    Philips sount tower DCM, 580 CD can not be ejected

    Does anybody have experience how to remove a CD that cannot be ejected? The display continues to say: Loading, but nothing happens and when i want to retrieve the CD, it cannot be ejected. Found nothing in the instruction manual.

    Same issue. CD not ejecting at all. Flashing light in the front. Loading message on display. Did you receive a solution?
