    Unhappy Fidelio M2BTBK - Pairing/Bluetooth problems.

After pairing and using my headset with any computers I turn my headset off to not drain the battery. When I right after or later on turn my headset back on to use it further I'm not able to successfully connect it to any of my Mac's. Even if I try to use it on the same Mac that I was using it on just 5 minutes back.

What happens is that it "connects" (at least that's what my mac tells me), but won't really play and music/sounds. It then goes on to disconnect after about 10-15 seconds. Also, within these 10-15 seconds a lot of the times the software I use to play e.g. music freezes and needs to be force-quit (spotify, firefox, etc).

The only way I've found that works is to delete the device on my Mac and re-pair it every time I want to use my headset, and I'm getting a little more frustrated every time I have to do this. I've read the user-manual over several times, but cannot find any solutions.

I use my Philips Fidelio M2BTBK on my iPhone 5s (wich works just fine) and my personal MacBook Pro Retina (2014-model) and at my work (2014-model iMac 27").

Any thoughts on what I can do to get this working correctly? Please?

    Hello Pavel,

What do you mean "we do not support any Bluetooth connection with laptops or computers"? I mean, it's a Bluetooth headset that I bought from you guys.

I run OS X Yosemite (v10.10.3) on both of my macs. Do you want me to post the system information on the Bluetooth-hardware and the information shown of the devices paired (the headset)?

Also, I can understand that you guys don't want to spend all of your time helping users with computer or software problems which aren't related to your product.

If this is in fact a problem that Apple should be helping me with, don't be afraid to say so. But I would of course appreciate any help I can get from you in fixing this problem that I have.

Hi again Pavel. I'm sorry for the delay. I've been very busy the last week now.

I just want to inform you that it seems that it's not the headset that's the problem. I verified this by trying to connect a friends Logitech UE BOOM Bluetooth speaker to my MacBook. The same problem that occurs when trying to connect the headset happens with this speaker as well. I will move this over to Apples support.

Anyway, thank you for your attention and for trying to help me out. Have a great summer!
