Hi can somebody help me with this problems. I have connected with hdmi cable philips lcd 37 PFL 5604 h/12 with hts 5220 with easy link. Software on both devices I have updated.
1. problem: Very often when I turn off both with remote control and when I again turn it on voice from speakers is very low and I must everything turn off and then it works normaly./sometimes I must pull out hts 5220 electric cable from electric socket, not only turn off with remote control/ and when I turn off hts 5220 - voice from tv disappears-normaly no.
2.problem: I have set up turning off tv and hts 5220 with one remote control and sometimes when I push button turn off only tv is turning off, home theatre I must turn off separately.

for problem #2: seems that you have to hold it for a bit longer so as to switch both device off.
( Standby-On )
• Switches the home theater on or to standby.
• When EasyLink is enabled, press and hold for at least three seconds to switch all connected HDMI CEC compliant devices to standby.

#1 : i dont see a lot of information on this in manual.
System Audio Control
When you play a device that has its audio output routed to the home theater, the home theater switches to the corresponding audio source automatically.
To use one-touch audio, enable this feature and follow the instructions on the TV to map the connected devices correctly to the audio input
jacks of the home theater.
Audio Input Mapping
Updates audio input mapping if there are new
devices connected.
