srt. files
I have bought recetly a 40PFL8606H/12, and i've installed the last firmware, but there is no way
to see the subtitles when i play a movie via USB or Wifi. (i have the AVI and the SRT files in the same folder
with the same name, of course)
Is there a way to do it?
Thank you

Hi,
SRT should only work via USB. The srt file need to have the same name as the movie:
- movie.avi
- movie.srt
Then you can activate the SRT by pressing the subtitle button on your remote.

Is there any way to change the aspect of the subtitles?
They are quite white, with no border or layout. So, in bright pictures, it's very difficult to read them. They are also a little above positioned.
Can I change this or is there any firmware that can correct this?
I have a 32PFL3507H/12.
Best regards!

Please see this thread too.
Since I didn't receive any more feedback, I can only imagine laughing from Philips' developers.

They definately need to implement srt support via DLNA to keep up with other manufacturers like Samsung and LG.
