Hi there,
I would like to ask if anyone has problems with their 4307, regarding opening and detecting .mkv files. I've tried several USB flash sticks containing .mkv files. Not a single time the tv has detected the files, and when i use Browse USB option in the Home menu, it opens an empty USB drive, with no files inside.
I havent updated the software, cause when i connect the TV on my LAN, it says that i have the latest software version.
Any thoughts regarding this ?

What are mkv. files?
My 4307 told me I had the latest software, but there were several updates available, so LAN doesn't work for me either. Actually, I have to stay away from that menu because after it has told me Í have the latest software, the tv seizes up and I have to reboot completely, losing all settings! I updated using USB and had little trouble once I caught on that the tv cannot read files in a seperate folder. Are your mkv files on the drive in a folder, maybe?
