Old firmware files for download?

Hi,

Can you download old firmware versions somewhere? I am specifically looking for older fw versions for the 46PFL5537T/12 model.

I am having problems with NetTV sign-in and thought about downgrading from 0.89.0.0 to see if any older version would help.

Hi TML,

We do NOT advise to downgrade as this can lead to an undefined behaviour of your TV and a possible repair! Only in some very rare cases (to solve specific issues), we might advise to downgrade, but then it is verified and tested by us and we will provide the SW for downgrading.

Thank you for your reply. From the lack of downloadable old firmware files I sort of guessed downgrading isn't really supported except in special cases.

I have already been in contact with my local helpdesk and after a couple of rounds of "reinstall everything and see if it works now" they are now asking for my street address so they can take the tv out for repair -- which I am a little hesistant to do because a) then I'd be without the tv and 2) just yesterday the NetTV started working again and I'm now keeping my fingers crossed to see if it stays that way...
