My HTS5560/12 doesn't recognise de latest 3D bleu-ray movies.
I bought 5 new 3D movies and only 1 works. By the others comes the message "unknown disk".
I did download the latest firmware (as it said: "no new version" with the internet connection).
I have also a new samsung device for 3D and there it works perfectly. Can someone tell me what is wrong with the device?

hi there,
how long you have been using your HTS5560? 'unknown disc' is usually an error code for hardware loader issue. suggest you bring your device to go service centre for a check.

I don't get it. What is the unknown disc error pops up on certain 3D movies and not for all?

I have the HTS5560/12 since end 2010. I only used normal DVD's. Also selfmade DVD's. I did hire DVD's from the videoshop in blueray and all did work perfectly. Since a week i have now a 3D TV-set and did hire 3 DCD's blue-ray 3D movies. None did work. So I bought in a shop 5 new 3D movies and only one did work. When I play all the movies (including the ones I had hired) into my samsung 3D homecinema with samsung 3D television, it works perfectly. So it must be the homecinema HTS5560/12 that is wrong.
