MCD183 No USB video

Hello,

I have home theater MCD183. I'm using video component (red, blue, green) cable to connect to TV. I can watch a DVD OK, but when I try to watch a video from USB the screen is blank and I only hear the audio from the video.

Then I tried to use a normal video (yellow) cable but using this I see a video distorsion (image move up and down constantly and it in black and white)

I would like to know what the problem is.

does that happen to all of your files or it s just 1-2 files?

Hi kwinnie,

I took the home theater to retail and they test it using a different TV and it worked :S
They told me that it was because my TV (Panasonic Viera) is setup to NTSC. I returned home and connect the home theater but it didn't work using video component cable but it works using the yellow video cable.

I would like that it works using the video component cable.
