    Cool 40pfl5206h/12 hdmi

    Good morning,

    I have an issue during the connection between my laptop HP and my new tv Philips. I have connected the two devices through an HDMI cable without success. I have tried also to use the two different port HDMI located in the TV but nothing. The strange thing is that: In the INVIDIA panel (I have installed on my laptop a video card INVIDIA 9600M GT) it is possible to visualize the TV and also in the screen properties of windows it is possible to extend the desktop. The "only" issue is on the tv that is black and indicate NO SIGNAL.

    I have also updated the firmware with the last one (TPM62E_2.24).

    I have no other issues with the TV so I hope to solve it easily with your support.

    Have you tried using a different HDMI cable? This could be the case as some HDMI cable doesn't work pretty well. Be sure that you have changed the channel to HDMI 1 or 2 depending on where you inserted the cable.
