Philips 50PFL3807/F7 media connect trouble

Hi,

I have a Philips 50PFL3807/F7 and am having trouble getting the wifi media connect to find the tv on the network. The tv is connected as I have already watched movies over vudu.
I have seen in other posts 2012 year models not being compatible. Is this the case?

please don't suggest uninstall and re-install.

sorry to say but the Model you got is from the US.
Those Devices will not be supported in the Forum.

Hi,
I have the same problem. I live in Canada and the support I contacted could not help me neither.
They said I should contact my access provider (Bell) and ask them how to "authorize DMZ" on my router ???
Since then I have tried to unblock all the security locks on my LAN (router and pc), with no result ! But maybe with introduction of weaknesses... :-)
Did you solve the problem on your side ?
