    MEDIASERVER 7 License Key?

    Hi,
    Recently i bought philips tv 40pfl5507K/12.
    In the philips site ( http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/d...12_wtr_aen.txt) there is a link to download a software of mediaserver 7 but without the License Key.
    How can i get the License Key if i bought this tv and i didn't get the License Key.

    Me doesn't get it either what it means .

    Me installed the MediaManager and it shows Version 3.0.2(49)
    Did it by ignoring the key request.

    Register individual TV with Purchase date and so on
    Review registered devices and key on Link below TV Set
    + Media Manager + Server

    Popup window appears with Link to License key and download links for Mac and Windows.

    Hello
    just bought a 46PFL5507 but can not find any Media Server license key (Windows)!!!

    Did this :Register at Philips Club.

    Did this (but surprisingly no serial number requested) : Register individual TV with Purchase date and so on

    Did this : Review registered devices

    But this does not appear : and key on Link below TV Set + Media Manager + Server. Popup window appears with Link to License key and download links for Mac and Windows.

    So i havent got my license key. Please advise

    Actually no I don't, or didnt i should say. Sorry for that

    But what i realize when looking at this page http://www.support.philips.com/suppo...userCountry=be is :

    -this forum is listed as support on Philips Official pages, therefore it brings confusion

    -there is no contact form available

    - there is no chat option

    - tel.number is €0.15/min

    When buying a €1k+ TV i expected a bit more customer care & certainly not having to pay additional costs to contact them...

    Oops, it looks like there are some differences between the national support pages:

    I checked the German page (since I'm German), and there are links to chat and eMail support options: http://www.support.philips.com/suppo...userCountry=de

    Then I had a look at the Belgian page (since you are Belgian), and those options are missing:

    So I apologize, in that case I agree that there is room for improvement regarding the contact options.
