where is updated firmware including napster?
hi
please advise when the firmware will be online now with latest fixes and the re-enablement of napster
its been over 4 months now

As Napster has now reappeared I presumed the firmware had been released and the machine had updated itself automatically

Hi no sadly the icon has changed but Philips have yet to release the updated firmware

Now the 22 of Sept and the firmware is noticeable by its absense. Any news Philips?

At this time ( a few days before) I could enter Napster at MCI8080 with Login and Password. I can also get to Channels and Playlists. But if you click on it only "Error" came. So I sent an email to Philips support. They even have no good news on it. They only told that Napster is available at November 2012 - is that a real date or even only a date to satisfy the customers??? I cannot believe it. Other sound systems work with napster since new beginning of Napster. Now it's months ago... I really cannot understan!

I have to agree on this now
this is totally unacceptable - no napster since March and no fixes since November last year for mci900/mci8080/np3900
when will the firmware be available September was promised!
will Philips be compensating users for this? i paid premium prices for this hardware which doesnt function due to poor firmware
Philips PLEASE respond!

Dear users,
Software updates for NP2500 and NP2900 will be available by end of Oct to re-enable Napster service.
As for NP3300, NP3500, NP3700, NP3900, MCi8080 and MCi900, the release dates of the respective software upgrades are not available yet. When the info is there it will be posted as soon as possible.

this is TOTALLY unacceptable to me and no doubt loads of other users
i have been a loyal streamium purchaser since the wac700 and now have 3 uniits not fit for purpose
mci900/np3900 and latest mci8080
there are firmware bugs still awaiting fixes and no napster since March!
why is this taking so long? i have another SXXX device that had napster update at relaunch!
please look at this again - can i return these items for a refund? they are not fit for purpose given all these delays

NP3300 – December 12

24th of November and still not live, go on tell us it will be next month but you're still working on it, could you at least tell us how many people are working on it and how much time has been spent on it?

Due to some new changes the release dates have been changed.
Software updates for NP3500, NP3700, NP3900, MCi8080, MCi900 NP2500 and NP2900 will be available by end of December.
As for NP3300 the release will be available in January.
