I think realistically we can see the sale of the hi-fi business as the end of the current range of products. The original Streamium MCi250 was brilliant, far ahead of its time. The MCI730 and MCi900 that both been a huge disappointment and quite frankly were not finished products.
I have moved to a Sony CMTG2BNIP - OK its not as easy to use for my mrs but at least everything just works.

I am concerned that Philips are now concentrating on medical equipment (scanners etc) if this is illustrative of their level of support then were all doomed.

My device (np3500) is useless for more than a year now. I only bought it because of the napster function. I used to be a fan of innovative Phillips products..but this really is neither innovative nor costumer friendly. This is just......

I really do not understand this behavior ?
The great benefit with a forum like this one is to share both problem descriptions, and, most important solutions to those problems.
So why is most Philips people sending info via Private Messages ? or is it really national secrets as Rollouk63 asked a couple of days ago ?
If there is info and/or a solution available, please share it !
