I bought my DCB152 earlier this year but cannot locate proof of purchase to use guarantee. On switch on with the remote, the unit SOMETIMES immediately goes in to "motorboating" ie gives out a series of noises (like small burps) at about half second intervals. No radio reception occurs and the only way to stop the noise is to disconnect at the mains and leave for several minutes. We switch the unit on once or twice a day, and this problem occurs about once every week or two.

Can anyone help me sort this please?
