gros problème nouvelle série 42pfl 6057
J'ai acheté le 30 juin 2012 la 42pfl 6057 son décalé plus image avec ligne verte et problème de syncro lors des changements de chaines résultat nouvelle télé de nouveau problème de son et la en plus du manque de la couleur rouge , la wifi est hs. Cette fois ci le téléviseur via le dépanneur et comme il n'arrivait à la réparer via Boulogne pros centre de réparation .
Pièce pas disponible donc proposition commerciale en attente.
Toutes les info c'est bibi qui a été à la recherche sinon pas de renseignement.
Cette télé a été acheté dans me magasin CAC à Illzach Haut Rhin 45 km de mon domicile aujourd'hui je n'ai toujours pas jouissance de mon bien et j'en suis à 240km et c'est pas fini.
La gentille personne de service consommateur m'a simplement répondu que le service après vente était irréprochable et qu'elle était pas responsable de l’éloignement de magasin. De plus j'étais tellement énervé, j'ai menacé et mettre a genoux Philips et que je mettrais cette histoire dans les média de consommateur réponse rire et que cela ne l'ai intéresserais pas Super l'aide au consommateur
Pour finir avant quelque anecdote Avant Samsung 4 ans pas de pièce pour réparer télé poubelle Philips ?????? faut il acheter Tucson 249€ ou you cou lélé

big issue new series 42pfl 6057
I bought the 30 June 2012 42pfl 6057 shifted its image with more green line and syncro problem when changing channels result in new TV's new problem and in addition to the lack of red color, wifi hs . This time the TV via the store and as he reached the pros via Boulogne repair service center.
Room not available so business proposal pending.
All info is bibi was looking if not intelligence.
This TV was purchased in my shop CAC Illzach Haut Rhin 45 km from my home today I still have no enjoyment of my property and I'm at 240km and it is not finished.
The nice customer service person simply said that the after sales service was faultless and she was not responsible for the removal of the store. Produit de bonne qualité mais fragile au niveau tuner
For latest info I expected a commercial offer to offset the repair but program change: TV repaired, they finally received the main board *was theoretically hors service
So I'm waiting Monday we will see later in this story??????

I would need the software version of you TV to be able to give you further assistance.
You can find this by following theses steps:
1. Press menu button (house)
2. Go to setup press ok.
3. Find Software settings
4. Information about current software ( top option), press OK.
Here you will see the current installed software version, please provide this to me.

Cela fait presque 3 mois que cela dur je suis fatigué !!!!!
