Philips 32PFL7606 subtitles and firmware question
Hi Philips forum,
I recently bought 32PFL7606 and I wanted to play subtitles on cyrillic (bulgarian), and I tried to encode the subtitles in Unicode/UTF-8, but they doesn't show.
How can I run them, is there any way?
I know for sure, that they are visualized on PFL5606, but it appears, that they are problems with the PFL6606 and the PFL7606 series.
Is this fixed for the PFL8606 version, because I am thinking of Upgrading the Firmware of my TV to the PFL8606, can you give me some advice.
Also I was thinking of upgrading to the unofficial firmware from
http://philips.samipupu.com/
But the unofficial is for the 9xx6 series, and probably I will brick my TV.
