Home cinema 3531

I have homecinema hts3531/12, and my tv is 40pfl5606

I attempt to make the TV remote, turn up the volume of home cinema but no way.
I enabled EasyLink on the TV and the home theater, but it does not work, anyone know for sure that the home cinema hdmi cable works with 1.4 and arc.
This home cinema support the Audio Return Channel ARC or not ?

In the instructions say that this home cinema is compatibility with easylink
( with the TV remote to lower and raise the volume of home cinema speakers )

and the tv also have easylink.

Because don't work ?

any solution or an advice.

What I want is that when you turn the TV on the home cinema also, that with the TV remote can raise and lower the volumes of home cinema speakers and when you stop tv stand also the home cinema .

Anyone know how I can do it, just plug the cable hts3531 home cinema hdmi 1.4 to HDMI1 arc making tv? but this home cinema accepts arc?

ARC is supported if you install the latest firmware and if you have the correct model , I have HTS3531/12 but the firmware is not for my device
