Linking sky eye
Hi,
Can anyone help my dad has a32efl75720/10 tv. It was linked to a sky eye but someone turned tv on via switch on the side the tv is now not recognising the sky eye on an ext . The eye is functioning ok on another tv any suggestions please.

Hi Janie21,
Could you please try the following:
-Connect the Sky Eye to the TV
-Retune the TV and when the retune is completed you will detect only one analogue channel
-Make a note of the analogue channel found (usually is 400 or 401)
-Go to the channel and see if the Sky Eye is receiving the trasmissions.
During this operation make sure that also the SkyBox is on.
