HTS3541/12 firmware V1.52.00 update does not work

I tried it maybe ten times and always got a message something like "no correct update found on USB". Player serial# starts with "KX1A..." and all previous updates were successful. Any idea? Thanks,

but the system gave me " upgrade software faild verification .. please insert the correct software ..."

what should i do

I have the same problem and i've already downloaded the software 1.52 five times today but it still doesn't work. The player just refuses the update. Serial number of the player is ok and the last update to 1.42 worked fine.

Where can i get a working version of the software?

Never mind, looks like the link on the support page is outdated. I found one thru software and drivers and now it worked.
