My BDP5200/98 cannot play MPEG4 movie file

    Hi,
My BDP5200/98 has been upgraded to 1.32. I encountered this error message "unsupported video format" when I tried playing a MPEG-4 movie file.

I thought MPEG file is supported. Please advise. Thanks.

The MPEG file is running from my harddisk which is connected to the BDP5200 player via USB cable.
