AS140 Bluetooth issue (Device does not show up)

I have a Samsung S6 Edge and a Nvidia shield tablet . Neither will detect the bluetooth from my AS140 docking station even though i obviously have the docking station in bluetooth mode and the blue light is blinking. I've tried downloading both Fidelio and Dockstudio and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling them. if i put my phone in the cradle it says "Detecting Philips systems" over and over and never finds anything. Also if i go to bluetooth on my devices manually they all see each other but NONE of them see ANY philips devices. I can see my neighbours samsung sound bar from the next house over through the walls but i can't detect my docking station 3 inches away. What is wrong with this.

    Hello Jgush,

First of all I would like to welcome you to the Philips Support Forum. We are here to help you with any questions you may have.
You are experiencing an issue connecting your Bluetooth device to your docking station, so what we could try is to disconnect your docking station from the power supply, and wait 15 minutes, re-connect the power supply. Power off and then on your Samgsung S6 or Nvidia shield tablet. Make sure your docking station discoverable and connect with you Samgsung S6 or Nvidia shield tablet.

Let me know if this could help you, have a nice day!

    Kind regards,
    Philips - Katerina
